ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਮਹਿਲਾ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ 2022 ਦੇ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਸ੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਸ ਮੈਚ ‘ਚ ਸ੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਦੇ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਟਾਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਖੇਡਦਿਆਂ ਸ੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਢਹਿ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ 20 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ 9 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 65 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਹੀ ਬਣਾ ਸਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਈ 66 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ 2 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਗੁਆ ਕੇ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ 2022 ਦਾ ਖ਼ਿਤਾਬ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ 7ਵੀਂ ਵਾਰ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ ਦਾ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ 2022 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 2004, 2005-06, 2006, 2008, 2012 ਅਤੇ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਾਲ 2018 ਯਾਨੀ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਫਾਈਨਲ ‘ਚ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਇਹ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਸੀ। ਯਾਨੀ ਕਿ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ 6 ਵਾਰ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਹਰਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦੀ ਕਪਤਾਨੀ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ।
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਲਾਮੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ੇਫਾਲੀ ਵਰਮਾ ਨੇ 5 ਦੌੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਿਕਟ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵਿਕਟ ਸੀ, ਜਦਕਿ ਜੇਮਿਮਾ ਰੋਡਰਿਗਜ਼ ਨੇ 2 ਦੌੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਿਕਟ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬੋਲਡ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਮ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਮੰਧਾਨਾ ਦੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਨਾਬਾਦ ਅਰਧ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਹਰਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਜੇਤੂ 11 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਮ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਮੈਚ 8.3 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ 2 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 71 ਦੌੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆ। ਸਮ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਮੰਧਾਨਾ ਨੇ 25 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 3 ਛੱਕਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ 6 ਚੌਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਅਜੇਤੂ 51 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ।
ਟਾਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਉਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਚੰਗੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ 10 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ 4 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਕਪਤਾਨ ਅਥਾਪਾਥੂ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਿਕਟ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਏ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 6 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਕੋਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰੇਣੂਕਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਰਨ ਆਊਟ ਕੀਤਾ। ਹਰਸ਼ਿਤਾ ਦੂਜੀ ਵਿਕਟ ਵਜੋਂ 1 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਆਊਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਸਕੋਰ 9 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਰੇਣੂਕਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਰਿਚਾ ਘੋਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਕੈਚ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
ਇਸੇ ਸਕੋਰ ‘ਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਝਟਕੇ ਲੱਗੇ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਕਾ ਸੰਜੀਵਨੀ 2 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਰਨ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਪਰੇਰਾ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਖਾਤਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਰੇਣੁਕਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਧਾਨਾ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਕੈਚ ਕਰਵਾ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੇਣੁਕਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਨੇ 16 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੋਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਝਟਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਵੀਸ਼ਾ ਦਿਲਹਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ 1 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਕੋਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬੋਲਡ ਕੀਤਾ।
