ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ ਹਰ 55 ਵੀਂ ਗੇਂਦ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ 89 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਰਬੋਤਮ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ
ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ। ਚੌਥੇ ਟੈਸਟ (IND vs ENG) ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀਮ ਸਿਰਫ 191 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਹੀ ਬਣਾ ਸਕੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੀਜੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ 78 ਦੌੜਾਂ’ ਤੇ ਸਿਮਟ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੌਥੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਮਾਂਚਕ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ‘ਚ 53 ਦੌੜਾਂ’ ਤੇ 3 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਜੋ ਰੂਟ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਵਿਕਟ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਟ੍ਰਾਈਕ ਰੇਟ 55 ਹੈ। ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਖੇਡੀ ਗਈ ਸਾਰੀ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਸਰਬੋਤਮ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਚ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। 5 ਮੈਚਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ 1-1 ਨਾਲ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ।
ਚੌਥੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਸਿਰਫ 61.3 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ। ਪਰ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬੁਮਰਾਹ ਨੇ 2 ਅਤੇ ਉਮੇਸ਼ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਕਟ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ 55.4 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਕਟ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ 89 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸਰਬੋਤਮ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੈ। ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਵੀ 3 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ. ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 27 ਦੀ ਔਸਤ ਨਾਲ 52 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

7 ਵੀਂ ਵਾਰ 50 ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ
