ਟੀਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋ- ਜਗਰਾਓਂ ਦੀ ਦਾਣਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿਚ ਦੋ ਥਾਣੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਨ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਏ ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜੈਪਾਲ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੱਸੀ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਕਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਕਲਕੱਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਡੀ. ਜੀ. ਪੀ. ਦਿਨਕਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਦੋ-ਤਿੰਨ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਥਾਣੇਦਾਰ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਦਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਗੋਲ਼ੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਓਕੂ (ਓ. ਸੀ. ਸੀ. ਯੂਨਿਟ) ਟੀਮ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈੜ ਨੱਪੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਲਕੱਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਤਾਂ ਓਕੂ ਅਤੇ ਐੱਸ. ਟੀ. ਐੱਫ਼. ਵਲੋਂ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਜੈਪਾਲ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਲਕੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਹੋਟਲ ਵਿਚ ਠਹਿਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਉਥੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਲੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ। ਪੁਲਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਤਕ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੀ ਰੇਕੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਘੇਰਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਸਮਰਪਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਤਮ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਓਂ ਹੋਈ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜੈਪਾਲ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਜੱਸੀ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ।
ਕੌਣ ਸੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜੈਪਾਲ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਜੱਸੀ
ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜੈਪਾਲ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਏ-ਕੈਟਾਗਰੀ ਦਾ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਸ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਭੁੱਲਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਯੂ. ਪੀ. ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਸਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਜੈਪਾਲ ਭੁੱਲਰ ’ਤੇ ਇਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜੈਪਾਲ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਵਿੱਕੀ ਗੌਂਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਾ ਲਾਹੌਰੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਗੂੜ੍ਹੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਗੌਂਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਾ ਲਾਹੌਰੀਆ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੈਂਗ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਸੁੱਖਾ ਕਾਹਲਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੌਕੀ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਜੱਸੀ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ।ਜਗਰਾਓਂ ਦੀ ਦਾਣਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿਚ ਦੋ ਥਾਣੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਤਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਚ ਪੁਲਸ ਦੀ ਓਕੂ (ਓ. ਸੀ. ਸੀ. ਯੂਨਿਟ) ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੱਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ’ਚੋਂ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ।
