ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ – 6 ਜੂਨ 1984 ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਮਨਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਵੀ 38ਵੇਂ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਪਹੁੰਚੀਆਂ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਭੋਗ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹੋਏ। ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ‘ਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਬਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਡਰਨ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਬਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗੱਤਕਾ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸੰਗਠਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਸਮੇਂ 1947 ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਜਵਾਹਰਲਾਲ ਨਹਿਰੂ ਨੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਘੜ ਲਈ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋਹਰਾ ਪੜਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਖ਼ਾਲਸੇ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਖ਼ਾਲਸੇ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਤਦ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਦ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਬਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਾਲਸ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ।
ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਏਸੀ ਕਮਰਿਆਂ ਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲ ਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਭਾਈ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਭਾਈ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਕੇ ਭਾਈ ਦਇਆ ਸਿੰਘ ਲਾਹੌਰੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਥਾਪਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਭਾਈ ਦਵਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਥਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੇਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਮੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ, ਭਾਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਡ, ਬਾਬਾ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤਾਂ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦਲ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਬੰਦ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਥਾਂ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੈਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚਖੰਡ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋ ਭਾਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੱਸਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਦੇ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
