ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਣੌਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ
ਮੁੰਬਈ: 23 ਨਵੰਬਰ (ਮਪ) ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਣੌਤ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ‘ਚ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ (23 ਨਵੰਬਰ) ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ‘ਚ ਐੱਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਨੇ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕੀਤੀ। ਕੰਗਨਾ ਨੇ 2014 ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਫੋਟੋਸ਼ੂਟ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਪੋਸਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਡ੍ਰਿੰਕ ਦਾ ਗਲਾਸ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੋਜ਼ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੇ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਸਟੋਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ‘ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਦਿਨ, ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਐੱਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰਾ ਮੂਡ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।” ਮੀਡੀਆ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ (ਡੀ.ਐੱਸ.ਜੀ.ਐੱਮ.ਸੀ.) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਰਸਾ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਭਾ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੇ ਐੱਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਦਾਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੇ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ, ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਣੌਤ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਵਾਦਗ੍ਰਸਤ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਸਟੋਰੀ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਚਿੱਤਰ-ਟੈਕਸਟ ਪੋਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ, ‘ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਅੱਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਲਟ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲੋ ਕਿ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜੁੱਤੀ ਹੇਠ ਕੁਚਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਕੋਈ ਫਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਛਰਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਕੁਚਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਣੌਤ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦਾਇਰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ, ਡੀਐਸਜੀਐਮਸੀ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨੂੰ ‘ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ’ ਲਹਿਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ‘ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ’ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਲੇਬਲ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਕੰਗਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੰਡਾਵਲੀ (ਆਈਪੀਸੀ) ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 295ਏ (ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਧਰਮ ਜਾਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੜਕਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਇਰਾਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਕੰਮ) ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
