ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਨੌਤ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਿਰ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੰਬੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਕੰਗਣਾ ਰਨੌਤ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ‘ਚ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਈ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ। ਬਾਂਦਰਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਦੇਸ਼ ਧ੍ਰੋਹ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਖੇਤਰੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੇ ਕੰਗਣਾ ਰਨੌਤ ਦੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸਨੇ ਬੰਬੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਰੁੱਖ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਵੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਹੈ। ਇੰਗਲਿਸ਼ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਨੌਤ ਨੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਈ। ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਨੂੰ 15 ਜੂਨ ਤੋਂ 10 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੱਕ ਬੂਡਾ ਪੇਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਹੰਗਰੀ ਜਾਣਾ ਪਏਗਾ।
ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਨੋਟ ਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਧਾਕੜ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਸ਼ਡਿਉਲ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਅਜੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਉਸਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਨੌਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਸ਼ਨ ਹਾਉਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ. ਇਸਦੇ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ. ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਨੌਤ ਦੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਾ ਬੀ ਵਾਰਲੇ ਦੀ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਬੈਂਚ ਕਰੇਗੀ।

ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਐਸ ਐਸ ਸ਼ਿੰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਪਿਟਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਬੈਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਰਣੌਤ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਰੰਗੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬਾਂਦਰਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਾਸਟਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਫਿੱਟਨੈੱਸ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਰ ਮੁਨੱਵਰ ਅਲੀ ਸੱਯਦ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਤੇ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਬਾਂਦਰਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੰਗਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਧਾਰਾ 153 ਏ (ਧਰਮ ਜਾਂ ਨਸਲ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਕਰਨ), 295 ਏ (ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ) ਅਤੇ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ 124 ਏ (ਰਾਜਦ੍ਰੋਹ ) ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
