ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਨਾਨਕ : ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਪਈ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕਾਰੀਡੋਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਿਚ ਧਸ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਆਫ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀਗਲ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ , ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ,ਲਵਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵਰਖਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਘਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ , ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਦਿ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦੇ 550ਵੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਮੌਕੇ 9 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2019 ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਮੌਕੇ ਲਈ ਜਲਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਚ ਸੀਗਲ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕਾਰੀਡੋਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਵਾਟਰ ਡ੍ਰੇਨ ਦੀ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਿਚ ਧੱਸ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਆਫ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀਗਲ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇ 354 ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ 3.6 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਕਾਰੀਡੋਰ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ । ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਚਲਦਿਆਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ 16 ਮਾਰਚ 2020 ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕੌਰੀਡੋਰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਕਾਰੀਡੋਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਰ ਨਾ ਲੈਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਾਰੀਡੋਰ ਦੀ ਵਾਟਰ ਡ੍ਰੇਨ ਦੀ ਸਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਬਾਰਸ਼ ਆਉਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੰਡਰ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਡਰੇਨ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਓਵਰਫਲੋ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕੌਰੀਡੋਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਤ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ।
ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਪੁਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ । ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕਾਰੀਡੋਰ ਦੀ ਵਾਟਰ ਡ੍ਰੇਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੌਰੀਡੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸਿੱਟੇ ਭੁਗਤਣੇ ਪੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ । ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੋਭੀ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਸਾਤੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਭੀ ਦੀ ਫਸਲ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਖ਼ਦਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਆਫ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁਰਜ਼ੋਰ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਕਾਰੀਡੋਰ ਦੀ ਵਾਟਰ ਡ੍ਰੇਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਗੌਰਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕੌਰੀਡੋਰ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਦੇ ਰੁੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਵੀ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਉਤੇ ਪੈਚ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
