ਅਗਲੇ 4 ਤੋਂ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ, ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕਟਾਰੂਚਕ ਨੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਚੰਦ ਕਟਾਰੂਚੱਕ ਨੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਨੀਤੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵੀ ਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲਾਹੇ ਲਈ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਖੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਚੰਦ ਕਟਾਰੂਚੱਕ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਪੂਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 185 ਲੱਖ ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 125 ਲੱਖ ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਚੌਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੁੱਲ 190 ਲੱਖ ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਤੀਜਾ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ
ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕਟਾਰੁਚਕ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਰੋਟੀਆਂ ਸੇਕੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਕੰਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਕਈ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਛਾਣ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 111 ਲੱਖ ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਝੋਨਾ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 105 ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਝੋਨਾ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 22 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 47 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।
4-5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਬਾਰੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕਟਾਰੂਚੱਕ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 5086 ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 4792 ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਝੋਨਾ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 4579 ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਾਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 4439 ਮਿੱਲਾਂ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਤੱਕ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ 6 ਲੱਖ 18 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਦੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਕੁੱਲ ਆਮਦ ਦਾ 62 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਗਲੇ 4 ਤੋਂ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਝੋਨਾ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
