ਲਖਨਊ : ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਖਨਊ ‘ਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਹਾਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਬੁਲਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਐੱਸ.ਕੇ.ਐੱਮ. ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਜ਼ੀਪੁਰ ਬਾਰਡਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੰਨੋਂ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਦੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਖੀਮਪੁਰ ਖੇੜੀ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਜੈ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਟੈਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ , ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਖਨਊ ‘ਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਹਾਪੰਚਾਇਤ ‘ਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਲਖਨਊ ਦੇ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ (ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਰੋਡ) ਸਥਿਤ ਈਕੋ ਗਾਰਡਨ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਹਾਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਣ-ਪੀਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮਹਾਂਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਵੱਡੇ ਲੰਗਰ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਡਾ ਲੰਗਰ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਲਈ ਟੈਂਕਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਪੁਖ਼ਤਾ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਲਖਨਊ ਦੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਡੀਕੇ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਬਲ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਟਰੈਫਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ (ਬੀਕੇਯੂ) ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਖਨਊ ਦੇ ਈਕੋ ਗਾਰਡਨ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਹਾਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਲਈ ਇੱਥੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ‘ਚਲੋ ਲਖਨਊ-ਚਲੋ ਲਖਨਊ’ ਦੇ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੋ ਖੇਤੀ ਸੁਧਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਕਲੀ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੁਧਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਦਸ਼ਾ ਰੁਕਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਦਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਸੰਦਰਭ ‘ਚ ਬੀਕੇਯੂ ਦੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਇਕਾਈ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ, ”ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਤਿੰਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ (ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ) ਬਾਰੇ ਕਦੋਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
