Kumbalgarh Fort Rajasthan: ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਕੰਧ ਚੀਨ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਬੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਸ ਕਿਲੇ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਕੰਧ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਤੋਂ ਸੈਲਾਨੀ ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਦੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ 500 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਆਓ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਕਿਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ।
ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ 36 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਲੰਬੀ ਹੈ
ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਕੁੰਭਲਗੜ੍ਹ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ 36 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਲੰਬੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਿਲਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ 15ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਚਿਤੌੜਗੜ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਕੁੰਭਲਗੜ੍ਹ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਰਾਵਲੀ ਪਰਬਤ ਲੜੀ ‘ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤਲ ਤੋਂ 1,100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ 15 ਫੁੱਟ ਚੌੜੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮਹਾਰਾਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਸਥਾਨ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅਤੇ ਜੈਨ ਮੰਦਰ ਹਨ।

ਕੁੰਭਲਗੜ੍ਹ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ 500 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਿਲਾ 15ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਕਬਰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਿਆ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਾਈਟ ਐਂਡ ਸਾਊਂਡ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਵੀ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਟ ਲੈਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਹੈ।
ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਹਾਰਾਣਾ ਕੁੰਭਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਤ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਸੰਤ ਨੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਣਾ ਕੁੰਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਥੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸੰਤ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।
