ਲਾਰੇਂਸ ਨੇ ਖੋਲਿਆ ਸਕਿਓਰਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਡ ਦਾ ਭੇਤ, ਭੰਬਲਭੂਸੇ ‘ਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਡਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਧਮਕੀ ਭਰੀਆਂ ਕਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਸੇ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ‘ਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀ (ਐੱਨ.ਆਈ.ਏ.) ਦੀ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ‘ਚ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੰਡਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲਕਾਂਡ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।
ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਲਾਰੇਂਸ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ (ਐਮਐਚਏ) ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਚੈਨਲ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੂਤਰ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਡੀਲਰਾਂ, ਕਾਲ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ, ਡਰੱਗ ਸਪਲਾਇਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੀਅਲ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ 2.5 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਵਰ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕੀ ਭਰੀਆਂ ਕਾਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੇ NIA ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ (ਧੰਜੈ ਸਿੰਘ), ਹਰਿਆਣਾ (ਕਾਲਾ ਜਥੇੜੀ), ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ (ਰੋਹਿਤ ਗੋਦਾਰਾ) ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ (ਰੋਹਿਤ ਮੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਸ਼ਿਮ ਬਾਬਾ) ਦੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਿਰੋਹ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਇੱਕ ‘ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਮਾਡਲ’ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ‘ਇਸ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਟੋਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਦਾ ਠੇਕਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਇਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੂਟਰ ਵੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ 1998 ਦੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਹਿਰਨ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ‘ਚ ਕਾਲੇ ਹਿਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਮਾਫ਼ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜੇ ਉਹ “ਮਾਫੀ” ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਪੱਖੀ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਦੂਜੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਸਿੰਡੀਕੇਟ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ।”
ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੇ NIA ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਡੀ-ਕੰਪਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਇਬਰਾਹਿਮ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ “ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਸਬੰਧ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ।”
