ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ, ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 4 ਜੂਨ (ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। 23 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 24 ਥਾਵਾਂ ’ਤੇ 48 ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। 15 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਲਈ ਡਿਊਟੀ ’ਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਹਰੇਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ, ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ 450 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਹਰੇਕ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ, ਮਾਈਕ੍ਰੋ ਅਬਜ਼ਰਵਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਤੱਕ ਚੋਣ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ 328 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਚੋਣ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ 2.14 ਕਰੋੜ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 62.80 ਫ਼ੀਸਦੀ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਈ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ‘ਚ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ 69.36 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ‘ਚ 56.06 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ। ਗਿਣਤੀ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਊਂਟਿੰਗ ਹਾਲ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਹਰ ਹਾਲ ਵਿਚ 14 ਟੇਬਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਹਰੇਕ ਟੇਬਲ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਉਂਟਿੰਗ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ, ਇੱਕ ਕਾਉਂਟਿੰਗ ਸਹਾਇਕ, ਕਾਉਂਟਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਡੀ ਦਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਮਾਈਕਰੋ ਅਬਜ਼ਰਵਰ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਰੈਂਡਮਾਈਜ਼ੇਸ਼ਨ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਵੇਰੇ 5 ਵਜੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੂਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 17 ਗੇੜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 27 ਗੇੜਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
4 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਵੋਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇ ਬੰਦ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹੋਟਲ ਜਾਂ ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
2019 ਦੇ ਚੋਣ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਨ
2019 ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ 13 ‘ਚੋਂ 8 ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ‘ਆਪ’ ਨੂੰ 1 ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੂੰ 2-2 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
