ਲਖਨਊ ਸੁਪਰ ਜਾਇੰਟਸ ਬਨਾਮ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਇੰਡੀਅਨਜ਼: ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ, ਮਾਰਕਸ ਸਟੋਇਨਿਸ (62) ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਬਦੌਲਤ, ਲਖਨਊ ਸੁਪਰ ਜਾਇੰਟਸ ਨੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਲੀਗ 2024 ਦੇ 48ਵੇਂ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ (30 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ) ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਇੰਡੀਅਨਜ਼ ਨੂੰ 4 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਲਖਨਊ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਰਤਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਟਲ ਬਿਹਾਰੀ ਵਾਜਪਾਈ ਏਕਾਨਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ‘ਚ ਖੇਡੇ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਮੈਚ ‘ਚ ਲਖਨਊ ਨੇ ਟਾਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਨੂੰ 20 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ 144/7 ਦੌੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ 19.2 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਛੇ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਗੁਆ ਕੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਲਖਨਊ ਸੁਪਰ ਜਾਇੰਟਸ ਦੀ 10 ਮੈਚਾਂ ‘ਚ ਇਹ ਛੇਵੀਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਹੁਣ 12 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਕ ਸੂਚੀ ‘ਚ ਤੀਜੇ ਸਥਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਇੰਡੀਅਨਜ਼ ਨੂੰ 10 ਮੈਚਾਂ ‘ਚ ਸੱਤਵੀਂ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਹੁਣ ਪਲੇਆਫ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੰਬਈ ਇੰਡੀਅਨਜ਼ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ 145 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਟੀਚੇ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਉਤਰੀ ਲਖਨਊ ਸੁਪਰ ਜਾਇੰਟਸ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਦੌੜ ਦੇ ਸਕੋਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਰਸ਼ੀਨ ਕੁਲਕਰਨੀ (0) ਦਾ ਵਿਕਟ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਕੇਐਲ ਰਾਹੁਲ (28) ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕਸ ਸਟੋਇਨਿਸ (62) ਨੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਕਟ ਲਈ 58 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਲਖਨਊ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੇ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਟੋਇਨਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੀਪਕ ਹੁੱਡਾ (18) ਨਾਲ ਤੀਜੇ ਵਿਕਟ ਲਈ 40 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਮੈਚ ‘ਚ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ। ਪਰ ਹੁੱਡਾ ਦੇ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਟੋਇਨਿਸ ਵੀ 115 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੋਰ ‘ਤੇ ਲਖਨਊ ਦੇ ਚੌਥੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਊਟ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
ਸਟੋਇਨਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਈਪੀਐਲ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਦਾ 9ਵਾਂ ਅਰਧ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ 45 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤ ਚੌਕਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਛੱਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ 62 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪਾਰੀ ਖੇਡੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲਖਨਊ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਈ ਆਖਰੀ ਪੰਜ ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 29 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੇ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਬਾਕੀ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕ੍ਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਕੋਲਸ ਪੂਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ਼ਟਨ ਟਰਨਰ ਨਾਬਾਦ ਸਨ। ਪਰ 18ਵੇਂ ਓਵਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੇਰਾਲਡ ਕੋਏਟਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਟਰਨਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਲਡ ਕਰਕੇ ਲਖਨਊ ਦੀ ਅੱਧੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਵੇਲੀਅਨ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰਨ ਨੇ ਜੇਤੂ ਸ਼ਾਟ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਲਖਨਊ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਰ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਿਵਾਈ।
ਮੁੰਬਈ ਇੰਡੀਅਨਜ਼ ਲਈ, ਕਪਤਾਨ ਹਾਰਦਿਕ ਪੰਡਯਾ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਅਤੇ ਨੁਵਾਨ ਤੁਸ਼ਾਰਾ, ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਨਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੇਰਾਲਡ ਕੋਏਟਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਇਕ-ਇਕ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲਖਨਊ ਨੇ ਟਾਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਇੰਡੀਅਨਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ 20 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ 7 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 144 ਦੌੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਮੁੰਬਈ ਲਈ ਨੇਹਲ ਵਢੇਰਾ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 46 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਜਦਕਿ ਈਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ 32 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਟਿਮ ਡੇਵਿਡ ਨੇ 18 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਾਬਾਦ 35 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2024 ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਉਪ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਾਰਦਿਕ ਪੰਡਯਾ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਹੀ ਗੇਂਦ ‘ਤੇ ਖਾਤਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੈਵੇਲੀਅਨ ਪਰਤ ਗਏ। ਲਖਨਊ ਲਈ ਮੋਹਸਿਨ ਖਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕਸ ਸਟੋਇਨਿਸ, ਨਵੀਨ ਉਲ ਹੱਕ, ਮਯੰਕ ਯਾਦਵ ਅਤੇ ਰਵੀ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਵਿਕਟ ਲਈ।
