ਡੈਸਕ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਮਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੀ ਆਫਤ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਦਰਿਆ ਦਾ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਆਸਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤਾਜਪੁਰ ਰੋਡ ’ਤੇ ਕਈ ਡੇਅਰੀਆਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁੱਬ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂਕਿ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਦੇ ਟੋਹਾਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੂਨਕ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਤਿੰਨ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਗਰ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਤੱਕ ਫਤਿਹਾਬਾਦ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁੱਜਣ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਰਾਤ ਘੱਗਰ ਨਦੀ ਖਤਰੇ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਤੋਂ 2 ਫੁੱਟ ਉੱਪਰ ਸੀ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਨਾਲ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਘੱਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ। ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ‘ਚ ਤਾਜਪੁਰ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਕਲਾ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਗੰਦੇ ਨਾਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਬਣਿਆ ਪੁਲ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੁਲ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਡਰੇਨ ’ਤੇ ਬਣੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਪੁਲ ਟੁੱਟ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 8 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਲੋਕ ਰੁੜ੍ਹ ਗਏ। ਜਲੰਧਰ ‘ਚ ਧੁੱਸੀ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ‘ਚ ਹਰੀਕੇ ਹੈੱਡ ਤੋਂ ਸਤਲੁਜ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਛੱਡਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ‘ਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਖਤਰੇ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਈ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 200 ਪਿੰਡ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਪੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਸਤਲੁਜ, ਰਾਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਆਸ ਦਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਖਤਰੇ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਰ ਵਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
NDRF ਅਤੇ ਫੌਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ‘ਚ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਰੋਪੜ, ਨਵਾਂਸ਼ਹਿਰ, ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗਿਰਦਾਵਰੀ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
