ਡੈਸਕ- ਮੋਰਿੰਡਾ ਸਦਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਹਿਬਲਪੁਰ ਦੇ 28 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਦੀਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਤਨੀ ਤੋਂ ਤੰਗ ਆ ਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਥਾਬਲਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾ ਕੋਲ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਖੁਦਕਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਜਿਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਗੰਡਾ ਖੇੜੀ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਲੰਘਦੀ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇ ਸਹੁਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਗਲੇਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਹਿਬਲਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਕਾਲਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਛੋਟਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ 28 ਸਾਲ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਕਿਉਰਟੀ ਗਾਰਡ ਵਜੋਂ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਪੁੱਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਮੁੱਲਾਂਪੁਰ ਗਰੀਬਦਾਸ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਲੜਕਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ।
ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਅਕਸਰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੇਕੇ ਘਰ ਚਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ। ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੱਸ ਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲੀ ਕੋਮਲ ਅਕਸਰ ਤੰਗ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਡਿਪਰੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 6 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮੁੱਲਾਂਪੁਰ ਗਰੀਬਦਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿ 7 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੱਸ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਮੰਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੱਸ ਦਾ ਫੋਨ ਆਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਫੋਨ ਉੱਪਰ ਉਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਮੰਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਪੀਬੀ 12ਏਐਫ 0697 ਲੈ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਤੋਂ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ ।
ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 7 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਣਜਾਣ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਫੋਨ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਨੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਥਾਬਲਾ ਥਾਣਾ ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਲੰਘਦੀ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਚੱਪਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੋਨ ਨਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਤੇ ਪਏ ਹਨ। ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਲੜਕੇ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਗੰਡਾਖੇੜੀ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਲੰਘਦੀ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤੈਰਦੀ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਮੋਰਚਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੱਸ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲੀ ਤੋ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੁੜੀਂਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ 7 ਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਾਲੀ ਕੋਮਲ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 306 ਅਧੀਨ ਮੁਕਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਗਲੇਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
