ਡੈਸਕ- ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ‘ਚ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ ‘ਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ 70 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਨ ਅਰੋਗਿਆ ਯੋਜਨਾ-ਆਯੂਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਅਮੀਰ-ਗਰੀਬ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਭੇਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸ਼ਵਿਨੀ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਨੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਯੁਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਇਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ 70 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਨੂੰ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਮੁਫਤ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏਗੀ।
ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਸਕੀਮ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਕੰਮ
ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਲਾਭਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ 70 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਵਰੇਜ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ, ਲਗਭਗ 12.3 ਕਰੋੜ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਆਯੁਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਆਯੁਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ, ਜੇਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵੀ 70 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਾਲ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਵਾਧੂ ਟਾਪ-ਅੱਪ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਹੈਲਥ ਕਵਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਅਜਿਹੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਜੋ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਆਯੁਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। 70 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਵਰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਆਯੁਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ 70 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਜੋੜਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਲਈ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਬੀਮਾ ਕਵਰ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਹਰ ਕੋਈ, ਚਾਹੇ ਮੱਧ ਵਰਗ ਜਾਂ ਉੱਚ ਵਰਗ, ਇਸ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
