ਡੈਸਕ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 4 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ, ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਫਲੈਸ਼ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅਲਰਟ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਸਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਈ ਡੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਔਸਤ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 1.1 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਵਧ ਗਿਆ। ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 36 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 1.7 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਵਧ ਕੇ 33.9 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਦੀ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਮੱਠੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਜਲੰਧਰ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। 11 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਹਲਕੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ (IMD) ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪੱਛਮੀ ਗੜਬੜੀ ਸਰਕੂਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਹ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਗੜਬੜ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਅਸਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ‘ਚ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਦੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕਦੇ ਧੁੱਪ ਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
11 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਕੁਝ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਂਹ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਇਹ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ. 11 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਤੋਂ 3 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਨਮੀ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਿਪ ਚਿਪਾਹਟ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 11 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਲਗਭਗ ਮੀਂਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ 5 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ‘ਚ 4 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਹੋਰ ਬੱਦਲ ਛਾਏ ਹਨ।
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 36.9 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 38.5 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ 4 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਸਤਨ 20.7 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 21.8 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ ਵਰਖਾ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ 29 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੋਂ 4 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 80 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਵੱਧ ਬੱਦਲ ਛਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
