ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਧਰਨੇ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਠਾ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ, ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ‘ਕੌਣ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਇਨਸਾਫ ?’
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਦੁੱਖ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਹਰੇਕ ਨੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਵੀ ਆਖੀ, ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤਕ ਕਾਤਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹਨ । ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਬਜਟ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਪਿਤਾ ਬਲਕੌਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਚਰਨ ਕੌਰ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਹਨ ।ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕਣਗੇ ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਬਜਟ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਪੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਤੇ ਧਰਨੇ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਠ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਵੀ ਬੈਠੇ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੋਲਡੀ ਬਰਾੜ ‘ਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਅਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਾਂਗੇ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਏ।
ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਧਰਨਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ। 11 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਗੋਇੰਦਵਾਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਘਟਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਬੂਤ ਮਿਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਆਏ ਸਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਇੱਕ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਸੀ ਬਾਕੀ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਾਏ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਨ।
ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਕਤਲ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ, ਹੁਣ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਨੋਂ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੇ ਪਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੋ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ।
ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕੀ ਗਲਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ, ਕੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਏ ਪੁੱਤ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਮੈਨੂੰ 18, 24 ਤੇ 27 ਤਰੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ 25 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਏਗਾ… ਮੈਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਲੈ ਲਓ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਲੜਾਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਖਾਂਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੁੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਿਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਫਨ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਲੜਾਂਗੇ। ਬਲਕੌਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੁੱਤ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
