‘Ni Main Sass Kuttni’ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ ਦੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ
ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਨੀ ਮੈਂ ਸੱਸ ਕੁਟਨੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਬੁਲਾਏ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਿਰ ਗਈ; ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ ਨੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਟਾਈਟਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਜਤਾਈ ਹੈ।
ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਨੀ ਮੈਂ ਸੱਸ ਕੁਟਨੀ’ ਦਾ ਟਾਈਟਲ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਹੈ। ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਫਿਲਮ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਪਰ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਆਖਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਨੀ ਮੈਂ ਸਾਸ ਕੁਟਨੀ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ Mehtab Virk, Tanvi Nagi, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Anita Devgan ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਐਨਐਮਐਸਕੇ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਦਮ ਇਹ ਤੱਥ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਦਾ ਟਾਈਟਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲੋਕ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੀਤ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ‘ਸੱਸ ਕੁੱਟਨੀ’ ਵਰਗੇ ਵਾਕਾਂਸ਼ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਬਦਿਕ ਅਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਘੁੱਗੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਮੈਂ ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪਾਸੇ ਸੁਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਕਿ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਟਾਈਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਗਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੰਗ-ਦਿਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਤਰਸ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਸੱਸ ਕੁਟਨੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਹਾਵਰਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ਯੋਗ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ 20 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਬਦਿਕ ਅਰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਸੱਸ ਅਤੇ ਨੂਹ (ਸੱਸ ਅਤੇ ਨੂੰਹ) ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਮਕੀਨ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅੰਗ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਨੀਤਾ ਦੇਵਗਨ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਵਿਵਾਦ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਰੱਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਏ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
