ਜਲੰਧਰ: ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਇਮਤਿਆਜ਼ ਅਲੀ, ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਦੋਸਾਂਝ, ਪਰਿਣੀਤੀ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਰਹੂਮ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਅਮਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਮਕੀਲਾ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਗੁਰਮੇਲ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ 3 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਅਮਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਮਕੀਲਾ ਦੀ ਬਾਇਓਪਿਕ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਟੈਲੀਕਾਸਟ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ OTT ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਮਰਹੂਮ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਇਸ਼ਜੀਤ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਜੋਤ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਚਮਕੀਲਾ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਗੁਰਮੇਲ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ 12 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2012 ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਇਓਪਿਕ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ। ਬਾਇਓਪਿਕ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਤੈਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਦੀ 3 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ
3 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2022 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਬਾਇਓਪਿਕ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਮੇਲ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਟਾਲਦੀ ਰਹੀ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਚਮਕੀਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਬੀ ਅਮਰਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਬਣ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ 3 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ
ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦੋ ਤੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਸੁਣਵਾਈਆਂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਫਿਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਨੇਮਾਘਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ OTT ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਚਮਕੀਲਾ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ 3 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
