ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ 2012 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਚਿਨ ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਨੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਸੈਂਕੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ
ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ 100 ਦਾ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ 100 ਦਾ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟਰ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਦਾ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ। ਇਹ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਸਰਵੋਤਮ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਹਨ ਸਚਿਨ ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 16 ਮਾਰਚ 2012 ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ 100ਵਾਂ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ‘ਚ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਤੋੜ ਸਕੇ।
ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ 2012 ਦੇ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਚਿਨ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਬਣੇ। ਸਚਿਨ ਨੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਆਲਰਾਊਂਡਰ ਸ਼ਾਕਿਬ ਅਲ ਹਸਨ ਦੀ ਗੇਂਦ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿੰਗਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਉਪਲਬਧੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਨੇ 100 ਦਾ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੁੱਲ 138 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਖੇਡੀਆਂ।
ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਉਸ ਮੈਚ ‘ਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ 147 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 114 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਉਸਦੇ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਿਰਫ 289/5 ਹੀ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਚਾਰ ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆ।
ਸੈਂਕੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਅਗਲੇ ਢਾਈ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ। ਸਚਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਏ ਦਸ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮਾਂ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਸਕਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਸਚਿਨ ਨੇ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਸੀ। 2021 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈੱਡਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਟੂਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਹੁਣ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਆਪਣਾ 99ਵਾਂ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ 100ਵੇਂ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਇਆ, ਸਾਰਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਮੇਰੇ 100ਵੇਂ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਲਾਰਡਸ ‘ਚ ਆਪਣਾ 100ਵਾਂ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਕਾਸ਼ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਮ ‘ਤੇ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ। ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ. ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ. ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 99 ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ 100ਵਾਂ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਇੰਨਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਸਭ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਸੀ.
