ਜਲੰਧਰ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ 16 ਵੀਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚ ਚਾਹੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਹੈ,ਨੇਤਾ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਹਨ।ਪਰ ਕੁੱਝ ਚੀਜਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਇਹ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਦਸਤੂਰ ਬਣਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਅਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਿਓ-ਪੁੱਤ ਦੀ ਜੋੜੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਇਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਮਾਰੀ ਹੈ।ਅੱਜ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ ‘ਬ੍ਰਹਮ’ ਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ।ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਫਿਰ ਇਕ ‘ਬ੍ਰਹਮ’ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ।
ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਨਾਂ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਣਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਕੋਈ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਟੋਟਕੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ ਹਾਂ।ਗੱਲ ਇੱਥੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਜਿੰਪਾ।ਜੀ ਹਾਂ 16 ਵੀਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ.ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਚੁਣ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਜਿੰਪਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ.ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਨੇਤਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਸਥਾਨ ਰਖਦੇ ਹਨ।ਇਹੋ ਕਾਰਣ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਗੀ ਹੋਏ ਟਕਸਾਲੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਪੁਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਨਾ ਕੇ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।ਇਹੋ ਰੁਤਬਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।2017 ਚ ਜੱਦ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੱਤਾ ‘ਚ ਆਈ ਤਾਂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਾ ਦੂਜੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਬੰਨ ਕੇ ਉਭਰੇ।ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਸਥਾਣਕ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।ਹਿੰਦੂ ਨੇਤਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਚ ਵੱਧ ਤਵੱਜੋ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਚ ‘ਬ੍ਰਹਮ’ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।ਹੁਸਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਜਿੰਪਾ ਨੂੰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
