ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਤੇਜ਼ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਹਸਨੈਨ ਦਾ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਗਲਤ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ‘ਤੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਤੱਕ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। 21 ਸਾਲਾ ਤੇਜ਼ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ ਇਨ੍ਹੀਂ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਟੀ-20 ਲੀਗ ‘ਚ ਕਵੇਟਾ ਗਲੈਡੀਏਟਰਜ਼ ਲਈ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਪਾਇਆ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਨਵਰੀ ‘ਚ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੀ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਟੀ-20 ਲੀਗ ਬਿਗ ਬੈਸ਼ ਲੀਗ (BBL) ‘ਚ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤੇਜ਼ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ ਦਾ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਗਲਤ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹਸਨੈਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਡਨੀ ਥੰਡਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਈਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਕ ਮੈਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੰਪਾਇਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 21 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਦੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਆਫ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ 15 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਕੂਹਣੀ ਦੇ ਮੋੜ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕ੍ਰਿਕੇਟ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ‘ਗੁੱਡ ਲੈਂਥ, ਫੁਲ ਲੈਂਥ, ਹੌਲੀ ਬਾਊਂਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਊਂਸਰ ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੱਟਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਸਨੈਨ ਦੀ ਕੂਹਣੀ 15 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਝੁਕ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।’
ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ 145 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਘੰਟਾ ਦੀ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ‘ਚ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ 21 ਸਾਲਾ ਸਟਾਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ ਅਗਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸੁਪਰ ਲੀਗ (ਪੀ.ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਲ.) ‘ਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੇਡ ਸਕਣਗੇ।
ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਹਸਨੈਨ ਨਾਲ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੰਮ ਲੈਣ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ‘ਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ।
