ਡੈਸਕ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਓਵਰਡੋਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੀ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਅਯੋਗ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਰਾਏਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਤਰਲੋਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਓਵਰਡੋਜ਼ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜੂਨ ‘ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ‘ਚ 14 ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਓਵਰਡੋਜ਼ ਨਾਲ 14 ਮੌਤਾਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਓਵਰਡੋਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਗ੍ਰਾਫ ਦਿਨੋ-ਦਿਨ ਵਧਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਚਰਚਿਤ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਯ ਵੀ ਸੂਬੇ ‘ਚ ਗਤੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ‘ਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਦਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਓਵਰਡੋਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲੈਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਨੇਰੇ ‘ਚ ਡੁੱਬੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ‘ਚ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ‘ਤੇ ਲਗਾਮ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਸੂਬਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ 15 ਅਗਸਤ, 2024 ਦੀ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਦਿਵਸ ‘ਤੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਗਿਰੋਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ 200 ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚਲਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੈਕੇਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਾਂਗ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੀ?
