ਟੀਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋ –ਐਸ.ਸੀ ਐਸ.ਟੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਸਕਾਲਰਸਪਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅੱਜ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਪ) ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪੁਤਲੇ ਫੂਕੇ। ਇਸ ਮੁਜ਼ਾਹਰਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ‘ਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੀ ਉਪ ਨੇਤਾ ਸਰਬਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਮਾਣੂੰਕੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਚੌਂਕ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖਲਿਾਫ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਦਲਿਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹੈਲਪਲਾਈਨ ਨੰਬਰ 7827273487 ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ , ਜਿਸ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਰਜ਼ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਚੌਂਕ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸਰਬਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਮਾਣੂੰਕੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦਮਗਜੇ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਅਸਲ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਹੈ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 2 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਐਸ.ਸੀ ਐਸ.ਟੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਸਟ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿੱਪ ਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਵ੍ਹਾਈਟ ਪੇਪਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਚਾਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਸਕੇ।
ਆਪ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬੁੱਧਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ 2020-21 ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਸਕਾਲਰਸਪਿ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਮ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਕੀ ਤਿੰਨ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਦਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜੁਆਇੰਟ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸਨ ਆਫ ਕਾਲੇਜਿਸ (ਜੇ.ਏ.ਸੀ.) ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਖ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਕੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗੀ ।
ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਸ.ਸੀ. ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੋਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਮਨਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹੈ, ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਗਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਬਜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੌਰਕੀਆਂ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਉਠ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਆਪ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਐਸ.ਸੀ ਐਸ.ਟੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਸਕਾਲਰਸਪਿ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਰਕਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੁਟਾਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ, ਸਾਧੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਰਮਸੋਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੱਗਾ ਹਿੱਸੋਵਾਲ, ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਮਨਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿਆਸਪੁਰਾ ਤੇ ਲਾਲ ਚੰਦ ਕਟਾਰੂਚੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
