ਡੈਸਕ- ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰਸਯੋਗ ਹਾਲਤ ‘ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਾਡਲ ਦੀ ਝੂਠੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਧਾ-ਚੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੇ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਨੇੜੇ 90 ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ 28 ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਲਗਭਗ 35 ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ। ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਈ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੈੱਡਮਾਸਟਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁੱਲ 40 ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਪਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
“ਕਹਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਘਾਟ ਹੈ। ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ, ਪਖਾਨੇ, ਡੈਸਕ ਆਦਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ਼ਰੀਬੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਣ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਾਡਲ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ?
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਾਹਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਗ਼ਰੀਬ ਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਖਿਲਵਾੜ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਅਕਸਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕੂਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਂਦੇ।
ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੇ ਢਾਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਮਿਆਰ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
