ਮਾਨਸਾ : ਸਬ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਕੈਦੀ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਵਲੋਂ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਿੱਠ ‘ਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਲਿਖ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਬੀਤੀ 24 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸਾ ਅੱਜ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਭੁਗਤਣ ਆਏ ਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਸਮਾਣਾ (ਪਟਿਆਲਾ) ਨੇ ਜੱਜ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਾੜਾ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਜਦ ਉਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ‘ਚ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਉਠਾਈ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਖਿਆਲ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਕੈਦੀ ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਮੈਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਲਈ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕੈਦੀ ਦੀ ਸਟੇਟਮੇਂਟ ਝੂਠੀ
ਬਰਨਾਲਾ : ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਬਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕੈਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਟੇਟਮੇਂਟ ਸਰਾਸਰ ਝੂਠੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੈਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਮੀਨਲ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਤੇਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਕੈਦ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਵਾਲਾਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ 302, 307 ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਕੈਦੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜ ਸੱਤ ਹੋਰ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲੱਗ ਅਲੱਗ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਜ਼ਿਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।
