ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ `ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨਿਗਮ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ (ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ.) ਨੇ ਕੁੱਲ 500 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਸੂਰਜੂ ਊਰਜਾ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 250-250 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਹ ਦੋ ਸੂਰਜੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇਕ-ਇਕ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਬੋਲੀਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨਿਗਮ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ-ਕਮ-ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਏ. ਵੇਣੂ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਥਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ 250 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਸੋਲਰ ਪਾਵਰ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ‘ਰੀਨਿਊ ਦਿਨਕਰ ਜੋਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ’ ਨੇ 2.33 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਲੋਵਾਟ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ 250 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਸੋਲਰ ਪਾਵਰ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਥਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ 250 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਸੋਲਰ ਪਾਵਰ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ‘ਐਸ.ਜੇ.ਵੀ.ਐਨ. ਲਿਮਟਿਡ’ ਨੇ 2.69 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਲੋਵਾਟ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ 100 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਸੂਰਜੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ‘ਐਸ.ਏ.ਈ.ਐਲ. ਲਿਮਿਟਿਡ’ ਨੇ 2.69 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਲੋਵਾਟ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ 50 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਸੋਲਰ ਪਾਵਰ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸੀ.ਐਮ.ਡੀ. ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਨੇ ਸੋਲਰ ਐਨਰਜੀ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ (ਐਸ.ਈ.ਸੀ.ਆਈ.) ਨਾਲ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਏ. `ਤੇ ਵੀ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਇਸ ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਨੂੰ 500 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਹਾਈਬ੍ਰਿਡ (ਸੂਰਜੀ+ਹਵਾ) ਪਾਵਰ ਪੜਾਅਵਾਰ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਾਲ 2021-22 ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਪਲੱਬਧ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਏ. ਵੇਣੂ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਨੇ ਇਸਦੇ 66 ਕੇਵੀ ਸਬਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ `ਤੇ 140 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਦੇ ਸੋਲਰ ਪੀ.ਵੀ. ਪਾਵਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਲਈ ਸੀ.ਈ.ਐਸ.ਐਲ. (ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੀਐਸਯੂਜ਼ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਉੱਦਮ) ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੀ, ਮਿਆਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਫ਼ਾਇਤੀ ਨਵਿਆਉਣਯੋਗ ਊਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੀਐਸਪੀਸੀਐਲ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 951 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਸੂਰਜੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਲਈ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਐਸਪੀਸੀਐਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਸਤੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਾਧੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੀਐਸਪੀਸੀਐਲ ਦੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ 14,500 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਤੱਕ ਵਧ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
