ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਬਜਟ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਅਣਮਿੱਥੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਬਜਟ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2024 ਅਣਮਿੱਥੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਖੋਜ ਬਿੱਲ 2024 ਵੀ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਸੀ.ਮ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਹਲਕੀ ਬਹਿਸ ਵੀ ਹੋਈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਸੀਏਏ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਵੀ ਉਠਾਇਆ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੀਐਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਭੜਕੇ। ਸੀਐਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੇ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਸੀਐਮ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟੀਵੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਨੇਵਾਲ ਤੱਕ 7 ਰੇਲਵੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਗ੍ਰੇਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਬਟੋਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ?
ਸੀਐਮ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਰਚੁਅਲੀ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬੈਠਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉੱਥੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਲੱਗਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਬਟੋਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ?
ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਖਰਚਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਵੀ ਖਰਚਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਿੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੱਦਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਂ ਨਾ ਲਿਖੋ, ਚੱਲੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 3.5 ਕਰੋੜ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੀਐਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਸੀਐਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਬੋਲਣ ਲੱਗੇ। ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੀਐਮ ਮਾਨ ਖੁਦ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੁਝ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ‘ਆਪ’ ਆਗੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਜੇ ਇਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੱਚੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਹੋ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਮਿਟਾਉਣ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੀਏਏ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ।
