ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਸਣੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਘਾਟੀ ‘ਚ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੂਰੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਭਾਰਤ ‘ਚ ‘ਸ਼ੀਤ ਲਹਿਰ’ ਵਧੇਗੀ। ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀਆਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਅਗਲੇ ਇੱਕ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੁੰਦ ਵਧੇਗੀ। ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਰਫੀਲੀਆਂ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਠੰਡ ਵਧੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਵਧਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ‘ਚ ਧੁੰਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਿਜ਼ੀਬਿਲਟੀ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 10 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੰਢ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਸਵੇਰੇ-ਸ਼ਾਮ ਅੱਗ ਬਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਨੌਬਤ ਆ ਜਾਏਗੀ।
ਪੱਛਮੀ ਗੜਬੜੀ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ, ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ, ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ, ਮਾਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ‘ਚ ਹਲਕੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋਈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਜ਼ਿਲਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਬੱਦਲ ਛਾਏ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੂੰਦਾ-ਬਾਂਦੀ ਵੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੌਸਮ ‘ਚ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਕਾਰਨ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ‘ਚ ਆਮ ਨਾਲੋਂ 6-7 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪਾਰਾ 19.8 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਠੰਢਾ ਦਿਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਹਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਤਾਂ ਠੰਢੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ। ਇੱਥੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 11.1 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਮਨਾਲੀ ‘ਚ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਸੀਤ ਲਹਿਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਲਾਹੌਲ ਸਪਿਤੀ, ਚੰਬਾ, ਕਿਨੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਉਚਾਈ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਤੱਕ ਬਰਫ਼ਬਾਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੀ।
ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਅਗਲੇ 4 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਮੌਸਮ ਸਾਫ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਪਰ 18 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਮੌਸਮ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। 19 ਅਤੇ 20 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ।
