ਮਾਹਿਲਪੁਰ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਹੁਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ਼ ਹੀ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਥਾਣਾ ਮੇਹਟੀਆਣਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਤਾਜੋਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਤੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਮਾਹਿਲਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਕੁੜੀ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਹਰਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਹੜੱਪ ਲਏ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਕੁੜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਹੁਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਲਾਂ ਕੱਢਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਥਾਣਾ ਮਾਹਿਲਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਆਹੁਤਾ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਤੇ ਜੀਜੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਧਾਰਾ 406, 420 ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹਰਬਿਲਾਸ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੁਰਜਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਤਾਜੋਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੁਮਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ 13 ਅਪ੍ਰਰੈਲ 2019 ਨੂੰ ਬਲਾਕ ਮਾਹਿਲਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਖ਼ੜੌਦੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਲਾਵਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪੁੱਤਰੀ ਮਨਮੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਉਰਫ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੋਂ ਤੀਜੇ ਦਿਨ ਹੀ ਦਿਲਾਵਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ 28 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਦੇ 16 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਵੀ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਨਮੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਬਦਲ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਕੁੜੀ ਨੇ 2500 ਡਾਲਰ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਘਰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ 300 ਡਾਲਰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਪੈਸੇ ਘੱਟ ਭੇਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਹੋਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਦਿਲਾਵਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਦਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕਾਉਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਲਾਂ ਕੱਢਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਕੁੜੀ ਮਨਮੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਸੋਨੀਆ, ਦਿਲਾਵਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਖ਼ੜੌਦੀ ਤੇ ਹਰਸ਼ਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਮਲ ਵਾਸੀ ਵਾਰਡ-3 ਮਾਹਿਲਪੁਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
