‘ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਤਲ ਨਾ ਬਣੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ’ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਈ ਭਾਜੜ
ਟੀਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋ– ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ‘ ਜਾਗੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਕੇ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੇਸਬੁਕ ਪੇਜ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 12 ਮਈ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 6886 ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਹਿਸਾਬ, ਸਮਾਜਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਬੰਗਾਲੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਪਏ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ 787 ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਦੇ 671 ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਨਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦ ਕਿ 2017 ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਢੰਡੋਰਾ ਫੇਰਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ 1017 ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਆਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਦੂਜੀ ਰਾਜ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਆਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਦੂਜੀ ਰਾਜ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ 1964 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ 2003 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਦਵਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ। 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੌਮੀ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਅਦਾਰਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਲਾਕਡਾਊਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਆਨਲਾਇਨ ਪੜਾਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ 16 ਲੱਖ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੋਹਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਜ਼ਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਨਾ ਬਣਨ।
ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਨਾ ਖੋਹਣ ਦੀ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੜਾਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਕਦਮ ਹਰਕਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ 874, ਉਰਦੂ ਦੇ 917 ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੇ 2025 ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਨੋਟੀਫ਼ਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
