ਸੂਰਤ- ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਵੱਧਦੀਆਂ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਨੇਮ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਸੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 2 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ। 2019 ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਨੇਮ ‘ਤੇ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਚੋਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੈ ?
ਸੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਸੀਜੇਐਮ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11 ਵਜੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਸੀਜੇਐਮ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁੱਜਣ ’ਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੀ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਮੈਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਸੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਨੇਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਲਈ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੂੰ 2 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਵੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਇਸ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਉੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸੂਰਤ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਉਹ ਸਵਾ 11 ਵਜੇ ਸੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 504 ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਇਹ ਮਾਣਹਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਦੋ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ 499 ਅਤੇ 504 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 504 ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਹੈ।
