ਡੈਸਕ- ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸੌਂ ਕੇ ਬਿਤਾਈ। ਨੋਟਿਸ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਕੋਠੀ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਬਚਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਸਾਫ ਤੌਰ ਉਤੇ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਸੜਕ ‘ਤੇ ਤਾਬੂ ਹੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਾ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਪਵੇ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੂੰ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੋਟੀ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ 2 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ ਚੁਕਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਤੇ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਗਿਰਵੀ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ 2 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਤੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਕਾਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੋਠੀ ਵਿਚ ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਭਲਾ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੋਠੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰੇਟ ਤੋਂ ਡਬਲ ਰਕਮ ਵਸੂਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰੇਟ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ 2 ਕਮਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਠੀ ਦਾ 1 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਕਿਰਾਇਆ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ 10 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ 2 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਵਸੂਲੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
