ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਕੋਟਕਪੁਰਾ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਐੱਸ.ਆਈ.ਟੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹੱਥਕੰਡਾ ਹੈ ਜੋਕਿ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਥਾਣੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਵਿਰੋਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਦਾਅ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੌਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਨੇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰੌਫੇਸਰ ਪੇ੍ਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਦੂਮਾਜਰਾ ਦਾ, ਜੋਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ।
ਚੰਦੂਮਾਜਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਪੁਰੋਹਿਤ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਗਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਖੂਬ ਕਿਰਕਿਰੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।ਹੁਣ ਬਜਟ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨੀ ਜੰਗ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਦੇ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਘਿਰਦਾ ਵੇਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।ਇਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਥਾਣੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਲਗਾਏ ਹਨ । ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੋਚੀ ਸਮਝੀ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਤਹਿਤ ਇਸ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਲੀਕ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ । ਚੰਦੂਮਾਜਰਾ ਨੇ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ।
ਪੈ੍ਰਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ‘ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਮਹੇਸ਼ਇੰਦਰ ਗਰੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੱਭ ਕੁੱਝ ਪਲਾਨ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਕੁਲਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਮੌਰਚੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਆਖ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ 28 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਦਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਚ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ । ਇਸਤੋਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੱਭ ਕੁੱਝ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੈਅ ਸੀ ।
ਡਾਕਟਰ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਇਕ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਚੈਨਲ ‘ਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਖਬਰ ਵੀ ਚਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਕੋਟਕਪੁਰਾ ਗੋਲੀਕਾਂਡ ਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ । 7 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਪੇਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਟ ਸੱਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਸ ਨੇ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਲਈ । ਇਸਨੂੰ ਜਾਨਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਚ ਲੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂਜੋ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਹਟਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ।ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੀ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਾਲਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰਾ ਗੋਲੀਕਾਂਡ ਚ ਤਤਕਾਲੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਚ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ । ਕਤਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੋਲਡੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ‘ਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ।
