ਡੈਸਕ- ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮਨੀ ਲਾਂਡਰਿੰਗ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ( AAP) ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਨਫੋਰਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ (ਈਡੀ) ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੱਜ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਹੇਠਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੈਅ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਦਰਅਸਲ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਵੀ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੇਠਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੇਠਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਸੀ। ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਰਸਮਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਸਕੇ ਸੀ।
ਅੱਜ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਾਉਸ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਤੈਅ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਇੱਥੇ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਆਰਡਰ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਬਾਂਡ ਬਣੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਬਾਂਡ ਤੋਂ ਆਰਡਰ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ , ਜੋ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਹੀ ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 2 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਸੰਭਵ
ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ, ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਘਰੋਂ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਈ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10 ਵਜੇ ਰਾਉਸ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਕੋਰਟ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗੀ। ਇੱਥੋਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ 11 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਆਈਐਲਬੀਐਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ‘ਚੋ ਡਿਸਚਾਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਥੋਂ ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਕਰੀਬ 2 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਦੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ‘ਤੇ ਸੰਜੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10 ਵਜੇ ਆਈ.ਐਲ.ਬੀ.ਐੱਸ. ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
