ਸੰਗਰੂਰ- ਦੇਸ਼ ਚ ਬਹੁਣ ਵੱਖ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਹੋਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੇੈ ।ਸਿਆਂਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਆਪਸੀ ਬਿਅਆਨਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਚ ਹੁਣ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਲੈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਵਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਖਾਸ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਨੇਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੀਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਛੱਡੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੱਲਿਕਾਰੁਜਨ ਖੜਗੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜੀ ਲਈ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖੜਗੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜੀ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੰਮਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ 100 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਮਾਨਹਾਨੀ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸੰਮਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਦੀ ਸਿਵਲ ਜੱਜ (ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ) ਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਖੜਗੇ ਨੂੰ 10 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਖੜਗੇ ‘ਤੇ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਤੇ ਬਜਰੰਗ ਦਲ ਹਿੰਦ ਦੇ ਫਾਊਂਡਰ ਹਿਤੇਸ਼ ਭਾਰਦਵਾਜ ਦੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਇਰ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ ਹਿਤੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੱਲਿਕਾਰੁਜਨ ਖੜਗੇ ਨੇ ਬਜਰੰਗ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਹਿਤੇਸ਼ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਖੜਗੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਬਜਰੰਗ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਰਗੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਨਫਰਤ ਫੈਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਭਾਰਦਵਾਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਪੇਜ ਨੰਬਰ 10 ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਬਜਰੰਗ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਦੇਸ਼ਧ੍ਰੋਹੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਜਿੱਤਣ ‘ਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੰਧਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਂ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਖੜਕਾਇਆ।
ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ 7 ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 2 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੈਨੀਫੈਸਟੋ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ PFI ਤੇ ਬਜਰੰਗ ਦਲ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਨ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਜਰੰਗ ਦਲ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਅਜੇ ਸਭਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਰੈਲੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
