ਸੰਗਰੂਰ- ਗੋਇੰਦਵਾਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਖਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਵਾਰਡਨ ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਿੰਘ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 23 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਾਰਡਨ ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੰਬਰ 6 ਤੇ 7 ਦੀ ਹਵਾਲਾਤ ਤੇ ਲੰਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਊਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਾਮ 6:15 ਵਜੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਾਰਡਨ ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਿੰਘ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ । ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ HIV ਪਾਜ਼ੀਟਿਵ ਕੈਦੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਚਮਚੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਟ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਾਰਡਨ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ । ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਾਰਡਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੈਦੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵੀ HIV ਪਾਜ਼ੀਟਿਵ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ FIR ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਾਰਡਨ ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਗਰਦਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਭਾਰੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਸੁੱਟੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੰਬਰ 6 ਤੇ 7 ਦੀ ਹਵਾਲਾਤ ਤੇ ਲੰਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਮ 6 ਵਜੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੰਬਰ 7 ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਐਚਆਈਵੀ ਪਾਜ਼ੀਟਿਵ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਚਮਚੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੁਦ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਟ ਮਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ HIV ਪਾਜ਼ੀਟਿਵ ਹੋ ਜਾਵਾਂ । ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਲਕਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
