ਡੈਸਕ- ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ‘ਚ ਮੰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਹਿੱਲ ਗਿਆ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਅਸਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਹਫਤੇ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਦਿਨ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਲਈ ‘ਬਲੈਕ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ’ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਦੇ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ‘ਚ ਅੱਜ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦੀ ਸੁਨਾਮੀ ਆ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਂਸੈਕਸ-ਨਿਫਟੀ ਕਰੈਸ਼ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਹੈ। ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਕਾਰਨ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਬੈਂਕ ਨਿਫਟੀ 650 ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ‘ਚ 800 ਅੰਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ 50560 ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ। ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਸੈਂਸੈਕਸ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਫਟੀ ਵੀ 1500 ਅਤੇ 500 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਦੇ ਹੀ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਿਆ। ਬੀਐੱਸਈ ਦਾ 30 ਸ਼ੇਅਰਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੈਂਸੈਕਸ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਬੰਦ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 1200 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ 79,700.77 ‘ਤੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਿਆ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਟਾਕ ਐਕਸਚੇਂਜ ਦਾ ਨਿਫਟੀ-50 ਵੀ 424 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ‘ਚ ਸੁਨਾਮੀ ਵਰਗਾ ਨਜ਼ਾਰਾ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੈਂਸੈਕਸ 885.60 ਅੰਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ 80,981.95 ਅੰਕ ‘ਤੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਜੇਕਰ ਨਿਫਟੀ 50 ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ 293.20 ਅੰਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ 24,717.70 ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਉਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ, ਸੈਂਸੈਕਸ ਪ੍ਰੀ-ਓਪਨਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ 3000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅੰਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਿਆ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਨਿਫਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ 700 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ। ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਣ ਦੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 10 ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਹੋਰ ਵਧ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੈਂਸੈਕਸ 1,585.81 ਅੰਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ 79,396.14 ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ, ਜਦਕਿ ਨਿਫਟੀ 499.40 ਅੰਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ 24,218.30 ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ‘ਚ ਆਈ ਸੁਨਾਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ‘ਚ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ PMI ਡਾਟਾ ‘ਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ‘ਚ ਮੰਦੀ ਆ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਅਸਰ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਆਈਟੀ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਂਟੀ ਦੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੰਕਟ ਹੋਰ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਆਈਟੀ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਦਬਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।
ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਦਰ 4.3 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2021 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਹੈ। ਬੇਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵਾਧਾ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਮੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਡਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਵਾਧਾ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੰਦੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ 7 ਵਜੇ ਡਾਓ ਜੋਂਸ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਅਲ ਔਸਤ ਦਾ ਫਿਊਚਰਜ਼ 375 ਪੁਆਇੰਟ (ਲਗਭਗ 1 ਫੀਸਦੀ) ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਓ ਜੋਂਸ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਅਲ ਔਸਤ 610.71 ਅੰਕ ਜਾਂ 1.51 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਡਿੱਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ S&P 500 ਸੂਚਕਾਂਕ 1.84 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਟਾਕ ਫੋਕਸਡ ਇੰਡੈਕਸ Nasdaq ਕੰਪੋਜ਼ਿਟ 2.43 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਘਾਟੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ।
