ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ HSGPC ਐਕਟ ‘ਤੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਮਲਾ- ਧਾਮੀ
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਬਲੂ ਸਟਾਰ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਰੂਹ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹਮਲਾ ਹੈ। 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਰਲ ਇਜਲਾਸ / ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੇਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਹਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੁਲਾਈ ਹੈ।
SGPC ਦੀ ਅੰਤ੍ਰਿਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ‘ਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ‘ਚ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਲਫ਼ੀਆ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 1925 ਦਾ Act ਕਾਇਮ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੰਡੀ ਪਾਉਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ । ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੰਤ੍ਰਿਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸਰਬ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ SGPC ਵਲੋਂ ਪਾਸ ਮਤੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਸੋਧ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 1925 ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਐਕਟ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੋਧ ‘ਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ-RSS ਵੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ‘ਤੇ ਤੁਰ ਪਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੁੱਡਾ ਨੇ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਐਕਟ ਪਾਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ‘ਚ ਵੰਡੀਆਂ ਪਾਈਆਂ।
ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੱਜਾਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ RSS ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ SGPC ਕੋਲ ਰਾਖਵਾਂ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ SGPC ਰੀਵਿਊ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨੇ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਐਕਟ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਰ 1925 ਦਾ ਐਕਟ ਜਿਉਂ ਦਾ ਤਿਉਂ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਚਾਰ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਹਨ ਜਦਕਿ ਬਾਕੀ 52 ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ SGPC ਕੋਲ ਹੈ। ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਖਦਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ‘ਚ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਪਈ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ।
