ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਏ ਦਿਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਖੀਏ ਉਧੇੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਨਵਾਂ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿਚ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬਗ਼ਾਵਤੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਸਵੇਰ 9:30 ਵਜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਘਰਾਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਲੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਲਹਿਰਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ।
ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਰੱਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਖ੍ਰੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਣਸਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਐੱਮ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਕਲਪਕ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਛੱਤ ’ਤੇ ਕਾਲਾ ਝੰਡਾ ਲਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।”
ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਟਵੀਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਤੇ ਨਾਗਵਲ ਪਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਟਵੀਟ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਖਤਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਿਆਵੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਮੁੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ ਵੇਚ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਗੌਰਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਟੇਟਮੈਂਟਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਗ਼ਾਵਤੀ ਸੁਰ ਅਖਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ। ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦਾ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਟਵੀਟ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਬਗ਼ਾਵਤੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਟਵੀਟਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮੁੱਦਾ, ਡਰੱਗਜ਼ ਮੁੱਦਾ, ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁੱਦਾ, ਮਾਫੀਆ ਰਾਜ, ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਸਿੱਧੂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਟਵੀਟ ਦੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਇਨੇ
ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ ਕਈ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਨੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਇਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਤਲਾਸ਼ਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ..ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਲੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਛੱਬੀ ਤਰੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਲਹਿਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨੀ ਗਈ ਤਰੀਕ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦਾ ਕਾਲੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਲਹਿਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਇਕ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪੈਂਤੜਾ ਹੈ, ਹੋਰ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕੁਝ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਪੈਂਤੜੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈਜੈਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਫਿਰਾਕ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਪੈਂਤੜੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਹੋਣ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੈ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਕਰੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਵੀ ਤੈਅ ਹੈ।
