ਮੰਦਰ ‘ਚ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੈ ਗਈ ਭਾਜੜ, 7 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਸਾਵਣ ਦੇ ਚੌਥੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਜਹਾਨਾਬਾਦ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਰਾਣੀ ਮੇਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰ ਗਿਆ। ਸਿੱਧੇਸ਼ਵਰਨਾਥ ਮੰਦਰ ‘ਚ ਮਚੀ ਭਗਦੜ ‘ਚ 7 ਕਾਂਵੜੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ 12 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਘਟਨਾ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਕਰੀਬ 1 ਵਜੇ ਵਾਪਰੀ। ਸਾਵਣ ਦਾ ਚੌਥਾ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਭੀੜ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੀ। ਬਾਰਾਬਾਰ ਪਹਾੜੀ ‘ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੌੜੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਭਗਦੜ ਮੱਚ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹਫੜਾ-ਦਫੜੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ।
ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਭੱਜਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਬ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 7 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਟੀਮ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜਹਾਨਾਬਾਦ ਦੀ ਡੀਐਮ ਅਲੰਕ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਪਾਂਡੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਭਗਦੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸੱਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਂ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਅਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਬੂ ਹੇਠ ਹੈ।
ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ। ਰਾਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਸਾਵਣ ਦੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ‘ਚ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਿੱਧੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਨਾਥ ਮੰਦਰ ‘ਚ ਜਲ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਭਾਰੀ ਭੀੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੀੜ ਵਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਜਲ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪੁੱਜਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਓ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਕੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਸੀ? ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਭੀੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤਿੰਨ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਚੌਥਾ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਚੌਕਸ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਇਹ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਵਲ, ਮੈਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਘਟਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਗਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ‘ਚ ਕਰੀਬ 50 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਆਏ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ। ਲੋਕ ਮਨਮਾਨੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਗਦੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਬਚਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਲਾਪ੍ਰਵਾਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਰਾਤ 11:30 ਤੋਂ 12 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਵਾਪਰੀ। ਰਾਤ 2 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਲੋਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ‘ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ। ਮਖਦੂਮਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪੋਸਟ ਮਾਰਟਮ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇੱਕ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਐਂਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੁਝ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਸੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਉਤਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਵੀ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਹਫੜਾ-ਦਫੜੀ ਮਚ ਗਈ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਲਾਠੀਚਾਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਹੈ। 35 ਲੋਕ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਗੁਆ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
