ਡੈਸਕ- ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ‘ਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਹੋਂ ਬੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ 900 ਫੁੱਟ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ ‘ਤੇ ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚ ਫਸੇ ਅੱਠ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੇ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਬੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਫਸ ਗਏ। ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਹੇਠਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਨਦੀ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਮੀਂਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਦੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੀਤੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਰਸਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਤੜਕੇ ਮੁੜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਵਾਹਕ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਨਵਰ-ਉਲ-ਹੱਕ ਕੱਕੜ ਨੇ ਖੈਬਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਫੌਜ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਕਾਰਜ ਜਲਦੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਅਲਾਈ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਮਰਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤਹਿਰੀਕ-ਏ-ਇਨਸਾਫ (ਪੀ.ਟੀ.ਆਈ.) ਦੀ ਇਸ ਸੂਬੇ ‘ਚ 10 ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਹੀ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਨਦੀ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣ ਸਕਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਅਤੇ 6 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਲਈ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਏ। ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਇਸ ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਘਾਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਇਸ ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ਘਾਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਚਲੀ ਇਕ ਕੇਬਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਾਰ ਰੁਕ ਗਈ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਫਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਫੌਜ ਤੋਂ ਮਦਦ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਫੋਨ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਦੋ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਜ਼ਫਰ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ 150 ਬੱਚੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਇਸ ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਪੁਲ।
ਇਸਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਏਅਰਫੋਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਸਈਅਦ ਜਾਵੇਦ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੇਬਲ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚ ਫਸੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ‘ਚ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਹੈ। ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਦੇ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਕੇਬਲ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
