ਫੋਨ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਅਲਰਟ: ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਅਲਰਟ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਟੈਸਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ (ਐਨਡੀਐਮਏ) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 12 ਤੋਂ 1 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਇਹ ਅਲਰਟ ਉਦੋਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਜਦੋਂ ਫੋਨ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚੀ ਬੀਪ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਆਉਣ ਲੱਗੀ। ਟੈਸਟ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਰਟਫ਼ੋਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੇਤਰਤੀਬੇ ਨਮੂਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਫੋਨ ‘ਤੇ ਮਿਲੇ ਫਲੈਸ਼ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ‘ਚ ‘ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਅਲਰਟ’ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। NDMA ਇਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਸੰਭਾਵੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੀਪ-ਬੀਪ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਅਲਰਟ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਤਾਂ ਆਓ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
ਫਲੈਸ਼ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ‘ਇਹ ਸੈਲ ਬ੍ਰਾਡਕਾਸਟਿੰਗ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੂਰਸੰਚਾਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਟੈਸਟਿੰਗ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਡਿੱਠ ਕਰੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਪੈਨ-ਇੰਡੀਆ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਨਤਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਅਲਰਟ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਲਰਟ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਵੀ ਖਤਰਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਫਲੈਸ਼ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਆ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ
ਧਿਆਨ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਹਫਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਯੂਜ਼ਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਫਲੈਸ਼ ਮੈਸੇਜ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਦੂਰਸੰਚਾਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਸੇਲ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਉਹ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਨਾਮੀ, ਫਲੈਸ਼ ਹੜ੍ਹ, ਭੂਚਾਲ ਆਦਿ ਵਰਗੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮੌਸਮ ਬਾਰੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਅਲਰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
