ਡੈਸਕ- ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੱਸਣ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖੇਮਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸਰਵਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੁੰਨ ਦੇ ਭਾਣਜੇ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਕਿਲੋ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਡਰੋਨ ਨਾਲ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੀ ਸਬੂਤ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਹਨ??
ਇਥੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਇਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਇਹ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਸੂਬਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਤਸ਼ਕਰਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਧੁੰਨ ਦੇ ਭਾਣਜੇ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਕੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
ਸਰਦਾਰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਕੇਲ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਸਲਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਆਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ’ਤੇ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ-ਪੁਲਿਸ-ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਠਜੋੜ ’ਤੇ ਨਕੇਲ ਦੀ ਵਕਾਲਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਆਪ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਰਦਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਤੇ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਵਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੁੰਨ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 2002 ਵਿਚ ਇਸੇ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਵੀ ਭੁਗਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੱਟੜ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਧੁੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਬਲਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਾਣਜੇ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਸਰਦਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੈਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਤ ਪਨਾਹੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ? ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਖਡੂਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲਾਲਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਜੀਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਫੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਬਜਾਏ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਐਸ ਐਸ ਪੀ ਦਾ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਇੰਨਾ ਫੈਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਲੇ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਉਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ਲਾਲ ਪੁਰੋਹਿਤ ਨੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਕਰਿਆਨਾ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਫਤਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਆਪ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਲਈ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੇ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲੈਣ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਕਾਮਾ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
