Aiden Markram SA20: IPL ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ਰਸ ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ ਲਈ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੱਧਕ੍ਰਮ ਦਾ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਏਡਨ ਮਾਰਕਰਮ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਫਾਰਮ ‘ਚ ਹੈ। SA20 ਦੇ ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ‘ਚ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਈਨਲ ‘ਚ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਦਿਵਾਈ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈਪੀਐਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ਰਜ਼ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾਜਨਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ 10 ਟੀਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੀਗ ਵਿੱਚ 8ਵੇਂ ਸਥਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਇਹ ਟੀਮ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਮਾਲ ਦਿਖਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮਾਰਕਰਮ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹੀਂ ਦਿਨੀਂ SA20 ‘ਚ ਖੇਡ ਰਹੇ ਮਾਰਕਰਮ ਵੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ਰਜ਼ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਇਸ ਲੀਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ਰਜ਼ ਈਸਟਰਨ ਕੇਪ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਕਪਤਾਨੀ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੈਮੀਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਜੋਬਰਗ ਸੁਪਰ ਕਿੰਗਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਨਰਾਈਡਰਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ਰਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਖਰਾਬ ਰਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ 10 ਦੌੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪਹਿਲੀਆਂ 2 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।
ਪਰ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਅਦੀਨ ਮਾਰਕਰਮ ਨੇ ਜੌਰਡਨ ਹਰਮਨ (48) ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਪਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ 13 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕੋਰ ਨੂੰ 109 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ। ਹਰਮਨ ਇੱਥੇ ਰਨਆਊਟ ਹੋਏ। ਮਾਰਕਰਮ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਸਿਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ 19ਵੇਂ ਓਵਰ ‘ਚ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਛੱਕਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਪਾਰੀ ‘ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 6 ਚੌਕੇ ਅਤੇ 6 ਛੱਕੇ ਲਗਾਏ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਰਕਰਮ ਆਊਟ ਹੋਏ ਤਾਂ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਸਕੋਰ 184 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਬਾਕੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ 20 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਸਕੋਰ 5 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ‘ਤੇ 213 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਲੇਅਰ ਆਫ ਦਾ ਮੈਚ ਦਾ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
214 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਟੀਚੇ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਉਤਰੀ ਬਾਰਜ ਸੁਪਰ ਕਿੰਗਜ਼ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਖਰਾਬ ਰਹੀ। ਕਪਤਾਨ ਫਾਫ ਡੁਪਲੇਸਿਸ ਪਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਹੀ ਗੇਂਦ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਖਾਤਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਆਊਟ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਅਗਲੇ ਓਵਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁਈਸ ਡੂ ਪਲੂਏ (0) ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਕੋ ਜੈਨਸਨ ਨੇ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰੀਜ਼ਾ ਹੈਨਰਿਕਸ ਨੇ ਪਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ।
ਉਸ ਨੇ 54 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 96 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ। ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਸਿਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤਾ ਸਾਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਉਹ ਛੇਵੀਂ ਵਿਕਟ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਖਰੀ ਓਵਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਊਟ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਖੁੰਝ ਗਿਆ। ਸੁਪਰ ਕਿੰਗਜ਼ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਇੱਥੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 199 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਹੀ ਬਣਾ ਸਕੀ ਅਤੇ 14 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਚ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਖ਼ਿਤਾਬ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ਰਜ਼ ਈਸਟਰਨ ਕੈਪ ਦਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਿਟੋਰੀਆ ਕੈਪੀਟਲਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
