ਪਚਮੜੀ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਸ਼ੰਗਾਬਾਦ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਤਪੁਰਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਚਮੜੀ ਹਿੱਲ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਪੁਰਾ ਦੀ ਰਾਣੀ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੈਲਾਨੀ ਪਚਮੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਸਮਾਰਕਾਂ, ਝਰਨੇ, ਗੁਫਾਵਾਂ, ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਰ-ਸਪਾਟਾ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸੈਲਾਨੀ ਪਚਮੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਪਸੀ ਸਵਾਰੀ, ਘੋੜ ਸਵਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਂਪਿੰਗ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਹਿੱਲ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ 1067 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ ‘ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਜਟਾਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਗੁਫਾ ਪਚਮੜੀ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 1.5 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਦਾ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਲਿੰਗ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਇੱਕ ਚੱਟਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਬਣੀ ਹਨੂੰਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਪਚਮੜੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੈਲਾਨੀ ਇਸ ਗੁਫਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਇੱਥੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਸਿਲਵਰ ਫਾਲ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਝਰਨਾ 350 ਫੁੱਟ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਡਿੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
