ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਏਜੀਟੀਐੱਫ (ਐਂਟੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਟਾਸਕ ਫੋਰਸ) ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਇਨਪੁਟ ‘ਤੇ, ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਰਿੰਦਾ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇੜੇ ਇਕ ਹੋਟਲ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਤੂਸ, ਤਿੰਨ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਏਕੇ-47 ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਕਤ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਤਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇਣਾ ਸੀ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਲਾਕੇ ‘ਚ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਹੈ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਜੇਆਈਸੀ (ਜੁਆਇੰਟ ਇੰਟਰੋਗੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈਂਟਰ) ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਏਜੀਟੀਐੱਫ ਹੁਣ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫੜੇ ਗਏ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਥੀ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਵੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਪੁਟ ਮਿਲੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਥਿਤ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਰਿੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਸਥਿਤ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਲੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ‘ਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ‘ਚ ਹਨ। ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਤਿੰਨੋਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇੜੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਜਲੇਬੀ ਚੌਕ ਸਥਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਏਜੀਟੀਐਫ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਜਲੇਬੀ ਚੌਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਟਲ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ‘ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਏਕੇ-47, ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ, ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ‘ਚ ਕਾਰਤੂਸ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਜੀਠਾ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਤਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਰਿੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲਖਬੀਰ ਲੰਡਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਈਐੱਸਆਈ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਸੀ। ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਜੇਆਈਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਸ਼ ਉੱਡ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
