ਡੈਸਕ- ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਕਠੂਆ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ‘ਚ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਵਾਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗੋਲਾਬਾਰੀ ‘ਚ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ 5 ਜਵਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 4 ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਮੁੱਠਭੇੜ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਦੀ ਬਿਲਵਾਰ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਦੇ ਮਛੇੜੀ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਦਨੋਟਾ ‘ਚ ਇਸ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਹਰਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੌਜ ਦੀ 9ਵੀਂ ਕੋਰ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ। ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਮਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਠੂਆ ਤੋਂ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਖਬਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜਾ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰੋ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਫੌਜੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਠੀਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੁਖਦ ਅਤੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫੌਜੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਗੁਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ 2019 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਾਮੋ-ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਕੁਲਗਾਮ ‘ਚ ਦੋ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ‘ਚ 6 ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੋ ਜਵਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੋਦਰਗਾਮ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ‘ਚ ਦੋ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਦਕਿ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਨੀਗਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਚਾਰ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਲਗਾਮ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇੱਕ ਪੈਰਾ ਕਮਾਂਡੋ ਸਮੇਤ ਦੋ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਪਰੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਆਰ ਆਰ ਸਵੈਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 6 ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਖਾਤਮਾ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ‘ਚ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਰਿਆਸੀ, ਕਠੂਆ ਅਤੇ ਡੋਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। 9 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਆਸੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ 9 ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। 41 ਲੋਕ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਹਮਲੇ ‘ਚ 7 ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਸੀਆਰਪੀਐਫ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਜਵਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਕਠੂਆ ‘ਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
