ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਸਿੰਘੂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤਕ ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿਚ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਤਕ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਮੋਰਚਾ 27 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਕਈ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੋ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਲਿਖੀ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਇਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿੰਨੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ 42 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਟਿਕੈਤ, ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੇਵਾਲ, ਗੁਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੜੂਨੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਮੂਹ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਿੰਘੂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਠਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਖੇਤੀ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ।
ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੀ 9 ਮੈਂਬਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੈਠਕ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। 22 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਲਖਨਊ ਵਿਚ ਮਹਾ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ, 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਣ ‘ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੋਰਚਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਭੀੜ ਵਧਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਦਾ ਸਰਦਰੁੱਤ ਸ਼ੈਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ‘ਤੇ 29 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਸਦ ਵੱਲ ਕੂਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਐੱਮਐੱਸਪੀ ਲਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੋਧ ਬਿੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਵੇ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਵਾ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਦੰਡਕਾਰੀ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ, ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਗੁਆਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਿਲਣ, ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦਰਜ ਕੇਸ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਏ ਜਾਣ।
